About Myriam Capes

Since her childhood, Myriam Capes has been passionate about physical activity, surpassing oneself and discipline. A national level gymnast since she barely knew how to walk, a fitness competitor since she was barely out of adolescence, Myriam Capes is synonymous with perseverance and hard work.

Her love and dedication to Fitness since 2002 has earned her the greatest distinctions in this sport. After winning 3 consecutive Canadian Championship titles, she obtained her professional athlete status at just 22 years of age, becoming the youngest athlete in this discipline to accomplish such a feat.

In 18 years of career and competitions, Myriam has participated no less than 10 times in the Olympia, the most amazing BodyBuilding and Fitness competition in the world. Over 20 world titles in her career have dedicated her to an internationally renowned athlete. Behind the fire that shines in her eyes and the passion for her sport, through the achievements she has accomplished, Myriam advocates above all health, balance and self-confidence.
